Three choices were offered to the question, "How do you think of Jesus?" (something like that) "As a child in a manger?" or "As a man dying on a cross?" or "As a mighty reigning king?"

As though those are the only ways that people think of Jesus? How about "as a great teacher?" or "as a man who stood up for what he believed?" or as a thousand other things that are respectful and accurate. Why does the invitation have to belittle other people's perceptions as small-minded and ignorant?

I think I understand why. It makes them feel way superior to the rest of humanity.

They really can't help it. You have to feel sorry for them...

Probably one of the reasons we have thousands of unused invites under the magazine counter.

For 98 years he has been a mighty reigning invisible arch angel king.

I wonder what the next 902 years of his reign will be like ?????

    designs...funny!

The fast, easy, hand-it-to-them-and-go invitation "work" is probably meant to get some out in service that have been irregular or inactive. I always get invited when there is tract work or invitation work., but really, I have no problem talking with people if I feel I have something worth saying. It doesn't matter if I know them or not.

I just got uncomfortable bothering people at their own homes with the not-so-hidden agenda of converting them to worship of the modern-day golden calf,,, the Watchtower Organization, especially after the way they have treated myself and some of my family members.
