ANYWAY - Moses says "I am providing you with water", and earned God's rebuke, as of course God provided the water.

How often have you seen in recent litterature the question "If you have doubts, who did you learn the troof from?" Obviously the FDS springs to mind; yet from the prophetic drama in Horeb, they should be directing thanks to GOD for what we learn.

When I ws visited by the elders for my little "chat", the main issue I raised was the the way the GB were idolised and that they were encouraging this idolatory. Guess what what I was DF'd for?

The WTS makes the leap by designating Jesus as the GREATER Moses and that rock as the rock mass Jesus talks about at Matthew 16:18. The WTS has been replacing Jesus with the FDS, specifically the GB, for some time now although the phrase "governing body" is not in the bible.
