Since I'm home by myself I got a shelter dog to keep me company. Her name is Samus and she is a poodle mix about 4 yrs old. She has to be walked at least 2x a day. Hopefully I can shed some poundage. Not sure how to post pics here but pics are on my twitter feed @queenj.

That's great! It's physically and mentally healthy for you and for the dog. It gives you two time together. It helps breakup stress.
