I'll take a stab
By outsourcing to Mexico, cost the WTS corporation less to produce
nothin' to do wit the " Religious" side of things, but the business side
Furthermore, the WTS would not support " Made in America"
that means payin' jobs, and payin' jobs pull folk away from
time in field service , which affects the business side of the WTS that hides under the pretense of " RELIGION"

Most of the DVD's are made in Mexico. Doesn't mean it was produced there.

When I was in Bethel (early 2000's) all cds and dvd were reproduced by outside companies, wherever they could get the best price.
