I Hope This Judgement Against The WTB&TS Encourages More Victims To Come Forward

  This may be an encouragement for more victims to come forward, in maybe class actions or individual lawsuits.Maybe they will no longer be intimidated by the Elders,or put off by the statement "wait on Jehovah" or silenced by the ridiculous" two witness rule" And frankly parents of these victims need to take a very hard look at themselves for failing their children.

  Justice can be acheived now,take advantage of it,the lawyers who won this case should be sought after for future cases,they obviously did a marvelous job.

  The appeal procedure may roll on for years, and though I too wish to see thw WT acknowledge its part in colluding with criminal activity by covering up acts of Paedophilia, and to see due recompense to the victims, which can only be a token for the life they have had stolen, the marathon Court cases take some huge commitment, which parents would have to consider too.

  Dragging a child/young adult through the Courts for years may be more than a fragile mental condition could bear.

  I bet the corrupt and loveless WT are relying on that sort of thing to keep the number of claims down, heartless bastards.

  The money the grubby WT does not wish to pay out was in good part donated by the victims and their families !

  It might, but I don't think anyone still "in" will budge, if they're anything like my sister they're all too scared.

  Plus most never come forward because they feel they lack sufficient evidence and don't want to relive the nightmare for nothing.
