I'm drawing my conclusions from what was reported from MSNBC.

I plan to retrieve the actual court documents from an official source.

To my knowledge, sanctions from the state imposed on a sex-offender released from prison on parole or a convict on probation are by applied by registering them in a database.

I just had three questions.
1. Whether this offender was placed in the registry or not in the 1990's, were there any restrictions placed on Jonathan Kendrick by the state relative to his 1990's conviction? For example, some sex-offenders are not allowed to enter a church without violating thier parole or probation.
2. Where did the abuse of this girl take place?
3. Was Jonathan Kendrick married when he abused this girl?
