What do you think that a Christian will occasionally buy a scratch ticket?

My friends daughter won 500K with a scratch ticket. I have only won $30 and a ticket but I still by on once in a while.

So many things in life are a gamble. We take risks all the time.
I see nothing wrong with a little recreational gambling of course that is my non Christian opinion.
As with anything, overindulgence can be harmful to you, your family & and friends.
Some Christians feel like I do and others think it breaks Gods laws and is a sin.
What matters is what do you think?
If deep down you believe it is really wrong then it probably might not be healthy emotionally for you to go against your core beliefs.
To avoid gambling just to avoid judgements from others is not good either.
