Unbekownen to the Elders in a kingdom hall,two GAY Jehovah's Witness request
to get married in kingdom hall.
After they are denied, the two gay Jehovah's Witness take the WTS to court
for discrimination.
That has happened in Canada when a J.P. refused to marry two GAY couple.
Did they win. And where did you hear of this? What evidence to prove it?

Yes they won and received compensation.
It was a set up from the getgo.They wanted to set an example of the J.P.
Freedom of Religion trumps it.
At least in the USA.
Religions can discriminate.

Same in the U.K ,no religious institution is forced by law to marry anybody, it is their choice.
The officials who oversee Civil ceremonies have to be prepared to marry Gays etc, and why not ? don't take the job if you are full of mindless prejudice.
