Hi my new friends just wondering does anyone live in or near Ventura Ca.? I just moved in the area and dont know anyone around I go to the J.W. meetings once in a while.But since I dont go on regular basis I cant really make any honest friends their.So if you live near by it would be nice to know.Im 30yrs. old have 2 children boy 9 girl 5 i just reasontlly separated from my husband so it is not so good for me right know but it would be nice to make some friends so hopefully I will hear from you soon BYy!!!!!!

Nice to meet you. Patio, who posts here, lives near Ventura, CA. In fact, several other female posters here do also. I know, because they went to lunch together and had a great time......and didn't invite me.
It could be because I live in South Carolina, or could be because Patio is, in real life, my older sister.....but I think she just didn't want her grubby little sister hangin' out with her. She did that when I was 6 - did I mention that I hold a grudge for (many) decades?
I'll look back and see if your e-mail is listed. If not, I'll e-mail her this thread.
She's really nice and funny, but be forwarned, we both have kids your age.

I live about 2 hours north in Arroyo Grande if that helps. I'm a single parent too with a 13 year old son and a 7 year old daughter.
