August 26, 2011: This is the Complaint that was filed on behalf of the other four victims for a total of six cases (not five as previously reported) that were settled out-of-court. All of the litigation over issues relating to the production of the documents regarding Campos, and the ability to sue the institutions for the conduct of a publisher were litigated in the Dorman /Gamboa case, which did not need to be re-litigated by the same judge in the second set of cases. All of the six cases were settled as a group.
