I saw this movie yesterday. My review: I really enjoyed it, being a fan of time travel fiction. However, it was rather juvenile and required overlooking quite a bit of silly acting in the beginning (Oh! Times were so innocent!) And Guy Pearce went overboard on the absent-minded professor bit.
But it was fun!

WTBS: Quit peeing on my leg and telling me it's raining.
I'm thinking about taking that movie in myself. I enjoyed the original and the clips from the movie made it look as though it was the type of movie I like.
That time travel thing would be a kick wouldn't it? Imagine going back in time, well I think I might warn myself about this witness thing. Oh the troubles I'd avoid
Darn, Patio! I wish you lived closer...we could be movie buddies! You seem to go see all of the ones I want to, but I don't really enjoy going alone all the time.
Thanks for the review; my son is after me to take him to see this one.
Imagine, you could warn yourself about all kinds of stupid things. The first wife comes to mind. Telling my boss to fuck off is another. I shouldn't have waited so long.
But, I haven't listened to anyone yet, no reason to think I'd listen to myself.
We checked the movie out tonight. It's different than the original, which I loved, and it's good. Lots of excitment and the special effects are up to date of course.
