Watchtower Estate Planning

The following is a letter that was sent to disfellowshipped children by way of an attorney. The attorney was secured by the elderly parents who are witnesses and recently signed over a sizable estate to Watchtower at their death. Do you think this is part of the legal department tactics to prevent the parents from making contact with the children and thus causing the estate to be contested? Another way to state it would be to say a preemptive way to protect Watchtower assets? Does anyone else know of letters of this type being sent to disinherited children when Watchtower estate planning gets involved?

    Dear XXX,

This letter is to xxx(children) at the request of xxx (parents). I have recently had a meeting with your parents and they have made this request that I write this letter to you. For reasons known to them and you, they have requested that you or any members of your family not contact them by phone or attempting to visit them in any way. This is their desire and I hope you will comply with their request.

    Sincerely,
    Attorney (for parents)

Yes, Marilyn from the why-1914 help-line got the exact same letter. Word for word. I just read this post to her. She's flabberghasted. Sounds like something that headquarters is orchestrating for elderly members with an estate to leave behind. Her mother is in her 90s. You can call Marilyn on the help-line or contact her through her daughter at the following email address.

Nothing they do surprises me any more. It's a business run by lawyers, and they want to protect the money, no matter who they hurt.

You always have the right to contest it. Usually the ones who can contest it is immediate family members, but it can be contested by the first grandchild of the deceased. I know this because my mother was going to contest the $90000.00 left to the Catholic church by my great-grandmother.

Play the breaking up the family card for money, it's legal. This type of tactic makes me want to Watchtower bash.

Truth, hope, love: the hook. Watchtower corporation empire: the current reality.

The WTS Corporation at their peak reminds me of a cyclone. It starts out small but if the coil of wind draws in on itself, it strenghtens and grows so large, that none can be spared in its path of destruction.

The entity must stay alive & mighty that means gathering money.

Got a look at a brother’s will - are his relatives going to be shocked !

Gives 90%+ to the WTS, then goes on to enumerate all the reasons why he isn’t giving a dime to most and 1 to 2% to a few.

There’s no way he hasn’t had spiritual help to compose this document.
It’s written in WT legal talk and sounds exactly like the blood-card rhetoric.

This guy is no millionaire, so after the WT grabs its share, I doubt if the relatives will get enough for a happy meal at MacDonalds.
