Very interesting piece on CBC, especially the brain scans showing anxiety.
Like so many dubs, having anxiety and depression seemed "normal" and was blamed on Satan and his world.
The reality is that the Borg IS CAUSING anxiety in so many of its members.
I love brain research where they show the cause and effects via actual scans, instead of the anecdotal BS we've been fed for so long.
A must-see piece for emotional well-being.
