Total Expenses x a "factor" divided by #of circult assembly days (SAD and CA) divided by the number of publishers in the circuit = "your support" which is always rounded up to the nearest $10. Nice little profit centres are the assembly halls as long as there is support and costs don't rise.
I know how it works, Simon. I'm looking for actual documentation from the borg - a circuit accounts form, etc. Thanks, though.
