stepkimb - just out of curiosity, is this your website by any chance?
Cedars
What a clumsy poorly constructed site!
Some good info but nothing new, I would still refer people to jwfacts, not my bag I'm afraid.
The mighty warrior wizard has spoken! lol
Cedars
I thought the url was www.jehovahwitnessSEXCAM
Needless to say I was highly disappointed!
Well I can't see the web address because it is hidden by a huge advert when viewed on my iPad. This happens all the time these days of this forum. This is hopeless. What's the point of a forum where you can't even read the posts people make because adverts are in the way?
I feel that the homepage summary/mission statement will turn JWs off from wanting to participate at all. JWFacts is an awesome, informative site designed to draw the Blue Pills into reading the truth about the Organization.
Cedars has his articles written from a balanced perspective so that readers can arrive at the conclusions themselves. He also has the annual jw survey that lets anyone associated with the Watchtower in any degree anonymously answer questions about their beliefs without being insulted or tricked. Its one of the most honest institutions you'll find online.
I'll let him link if he wants to.
I dunno if jwexam is yours or not, but that mission statement isn't beneficial to the cause and it doesn't edify the reader. If it's not your site but you are a supporter of its place in the fight for truth, I'd suggest petitioning the author to rewrite the homepage.
If it's yours, I petition you to rewrite it. If you need assistance, there are plenty who know how to word your desires so that you can draw Witnesses into the site. Cedars, James Woods, Terry, Blondie, and JWFacts just to name a few. I'm sure they would love to help train a soldier in this fight.
I think..
1. Large font does not compensate for lack of content
2. The site author has swapped one religious delusion for another and wishes to take others with them.
Looks like an evil, apostate website. Made by a disgruntled individual, with little to say.
No offence but you are playing on all the JW brainwashing. A professional, thorough website is the only way, with nothing but scriptural and literature reference. Opinion is just that... opinon.
However, good on you for taking the effort. If you put some serious time into it, I am sure you can achieve a little enlightenment. In regard to the website itself may i suggest you look at some free JOOMLA templates. As for the content, an encyclopedia of WT issues to the standard of JW facts and better, needs to be the starting point. Otherwise, no offence but JW facts does the job.
Finally, if you really want to scare JW's away and not inform them... keep preaching another god to them.
