If you're a Witness, doesn't this take the concept of catchy acronyms a little too far? At first, I thought his post was going to be about giving the talk at someone's funeral.
It then occurred to me that if you were to attend the Special Assembly Day and then return home and conduct a Bible study to round out your day of wholesome spiritual feasting, what would this be?
out of the 8 ---- 3-5 of them were JW kids which leaves you somewhere around 3 or 4 who are folks from the territory and they were perhaps more likely the result of INFORMAL WITNESSING on the job, etc as to actually met out in the door to door
don't they ever catch on? If you get 8 in, how many just walked out and became inactive? How many of those 8 are Witness kids who just got baptized to please their parents - and will leave home - and the 'truth' - as soon as they find a way out?
How many out of the 2500 attending are leading double lives OR wishing they could get out and keep friends and family. How many of those 8 have a clue how controlled their lives are going to be. Controlled by a group of 80 year old virgins.
I just run down some of the posts on the pro J W board.
What a bunch of losers and psychophants(probably miss spelt) despite the sometimes insults and flamee you get here, at least we talk like real people.. I know where I belong.
