I'm a drummer and have been working on limb independence for years... I was able to do it after a minute of practice. The interesting thing is that I initially fought it and was not successful. Only after I relaxed and put my brain in my zen-like-drumming-state was I able to do it. Now it's pretty easy.
I also have very little problem patting my head and rubbing my stomach with either hand...

Weird! Can't wait to show this to school kids. This sort of reminds me of what my Marine drill intructor used to tell us when someone screwed up: Get your head and your ass wired together!
