Perhaps others have ideas, but here is a way the Society could avoid the "immediate irreparable harm and hardship" as they claim in the Condice Conti attorneys:
--> Allow the Society to use the Patterson property instead of cash for the surety bond (as they request) in exchange for 25 year naming rights to the Patterson Complex.
Perhaps something like "The Condice Conti Christian Education Center of Patterson" ... or something similar.
Any other ideas ?

Yes, all of those evil rings could be properly disposed of by the Society by melting them down and returning them to their original gold, silver, diamond, etc.
It could then be "disposed" of by the Society ... lol.

The wts has huge reserves it could call in. ie sell some property..yes?
