I know people in the WTBTS who are " assigned " ( i love that word ) with the priviledge of working at the Patterson complex. I don't know exactly where they go to the meetings, just that it is about an hour away from Patterson. The hubby is an Elder and I guess a lot of stuff has been going down in their Congo. Here is the part that I found interesting. Apparently one of the issues consuming his time as an Elder involved an annointed sister. I don't know details, but this sister wrote letters to several people. When Elder Hubbies wife received the letter she did not have time to read it, but thought, " How nice! Sister so and so wrote me..". She went about her day expecting to read the letter later. When she returned home the letter was torn up and in the trash. Hubby said it was an " Apostate " letter.

So does anyone live around there? Does this sound familiar? I wonder if any other sites are talking about this. It would be great if that Sister would come forward and give some details. If you see anything about on the net, please let us know. We know the Borganization has issues, but the more details we get the better it is!

The first observation is that the elder husband shouldn't be opening his wifes mail.

Agreed. She may have opened it and left it out, I don't really know..

And you just know that Jho prevented her from reading the letter initially as it was an angel that made her avert her eyes at just the right time.

The husband must have thought that the info had some valid points or why tear it up why just not show his wife how sister x is a nut case.

I have been in Elders meetings. The programming kicks in and the mind turns off. There are no valid points in their minds, only the Slave's orders. Ironic that a slave is ordering the household around.

In the old days there were many levels of slavery. Some were at the bottom and others were their masters. Ultimately all these slaves worked for nothing at fear of the free master.

Good grief, a sister (even one who is annointed) speaking out about false teachings? I'm surprised they didn't stone her.
