What do you think? If someone refused to say 'Jehovah' and insisted on 'Yahweh'? I say it's possible, but it'd be funny/insane if it happened.

Not according to this thread: Jahweh vs Jehovah
Not the usage of Yahweh in itself, but it would be the stepping stone for marking someone. Worst case scenario I could see them pulling a causing division card or even brazen conduct for disregarding counsel.
Could get DF'd for causing divisions, or any number of reasons if not conforming with the status quo.
Yes, I think it would if the person made a big deal about it and refused to back down - for example, repeatedly using "Yahweh" instead of "Jehovah" when answering up at meetings, etc.
The elders would likely have a quiet word with him, but if he stubbornly refused to stop doing it, I can see it ending in disfellowshipping in some of the stricter congregations. I doubt it has ever happened (or will happen), but it would be fascinating if it did - considering that (as the above link shows) Yahweh is technically the more correct word to use.

I wonder what might happen if someone used Jaheshua Miscajah? Someone would probably think they said miscarriage in Creole.

DF`d for "NOT" using a 14th Century Catholic Translation Mistake..

I agree that using "Yahweh" in your answers at the meeting would get a talking to from the elders. Refusal to stop could lead to a df'ing for being distruptive.
I used to bring other bibles with me to the meeting and use them to quote scriptures in my answers. I know there is a "directive" now not to do that but back then it was just forming. I had an elder ask why the NWT was not good enough. I just pointed out that the WTS used various bibles in their publications. That's when I found out that the WTS is the only one qualified to vet a scripture as accurate in other translations.
I still kept bringing other bibles but did not quote from them. Even that put some elders on edge. Remember the elders are given the power to make rules for their congregation for the sake of order...no scripture necessary.

Indeed, Christians are obligated to observe all commands in the Bible that are directed to followers of Christ. And there is more. Jehovah’s organization, as well as individual congregations, has to establish necessary rules and procedures in order to preserve good order. (1 Corinthians 14:33, 40) Why, Christians could not even meet together if they had no rules as to when, where, and how to hold such meetings! (Hebrews 10:24, 25) Cooperating with reasonable guidelines laid down by those given authority in the organization is also a part of fulfilling the law of the Christ.—Hebrews 13:17.
