It seems to me that the so-called apostates are always one step ahead of ‘God’s Organisation’.
My experience with elders has led me to conclude that the dinosaur-like Society cannot keep up with the information pouring out of the Internet ‘Super Highway’. I sometimes ask JWs that I meet about things that I have known about for months and they, even elders, are completely in the dark.
This means that the elders are left fighting on their own, with little help from ‘Mother’, other than the indoctrination of ‘if it’s not in the Watchtower it isn’t truth’ crap.
Maybe in the future the society will have to introduce ‘apostate bulletins’ to bodies of elders to help them counter the constant stream of new information which is counterproductive to their retirement fund.
