Splash.
A lot of the same old in this magazine.
There is an article on stumbling that blames the victim.
"In France a former elder believed that he had been the victim of an injustice, and he became bitter........two elders visited him and listened......as he related his story, as he percieved it"
"if someone offends us will we allow this to become a major issue?"
"avoid insisting on personal rights"
So victims suck it up! It is probably your own fault anyway.
hoser
"if someone offends us will we allow this to become a major issue?"
No but it might cause us to re-evaluate what kind of organization we're in. then we can research and realize it's just a money grabbing scam. Bingo! We exit and the paedo protecting GB no longer get our worship and cash!!
Yet one of the reasons they can't eat meals with relatives who have left is in case they stumble someone, according to my sister. Blah blah blah.
from page 6 paragraph 11 simplified edition I found this blatant mistake :
" King David did not always control himself. Because of this weakness,
he sinned with Bath-sheba. Later, he
almost attacked Nabal, who had insulted him."
He had the encounter with Nabal first, before he was king. His sexual escapades with Bath-sheba came later when he was the king.
Who proofreads this stuff?
hoser
hoser: right david an honourable man married the widows of the victims of his escapades. proofreading? they do not care what they teach. and most jw do not either. Its money-power-position-sex scam. peace.
prologos:
they messed up with the order in which the two situations happened, and good observation about david picking up the widows of his enemies
