Vicci Martinez who was one of the final four on the first year of the voice was raised as a Jehovah's Witness. Her and her family were in our congregation. She is so talented. She deserves a close listen. Her new CD is called VICCI. This is one of the songs she does on the album. Check out her album and the lyrics. It seems to me she writes about her cult upbringing and her break from the cult thinking.
