Baby murderer Genene Jones was not sacked as a nurse because the hospital was worried about bad PR and being sued. She murdered between 11-46 kids in her care. When police investigated post mortem were not carried out, records just disappeared. Sound like an org you know of?

Very true. I've also seen ones get "promoted" to get them out of a certain department.

Yeah, I've seen that happen too, Sunnydays. A cushy office and a swank title like "Assistant VP of Intragovernmental Relations" and you have the fool in a place where no more damage can be done.
