Frank, throughout the Gospel Jesus proved who he is, the Son of the Living God. Although most cannot support their view, one of the few things the JWs got right was no Trinity (in my opinion).
I have done extensive research on the Trinity and most so called trinity proof scriptures just aren't there, but personal bias by translators places them there.
2 cases in point, John 17:3 and 1 Corinthians 15:27,28.
At John 17:3, you have Jesus himself praying to the Father, calling Him "The only True God." If he is "the Living God," how does he call another "The Only True God" and there still be only one God?
1 Cor. 15:27,28, Jesus, after bringing all things into subjection, is subjected to God, who placed all authority in him.
A good book I would recommend is, "The Doctrine Of the Trinity, Christianity's Self Inflicted Wound" by Anthony F. Buzzard and Charles F. Hunting. Neither were ever JWs and both taught the Trinity theology in colleges for years, prior to actually deeply researching it.
If God's Spirit is filling a Kingdom Hall, how is it that Satan can manuever the ones within that Kingdom Hall at the same time?
