i just got my hard copy of COC because i wanted to read a book instead of having a pdf and there is a note signed by him on the inside cover. do all copies have this?

No, I had over 200 copies, none of them signed.

Perhaps he signed the hard copies, which I believe is an older version, somebody commented (I believe Randy) that Amazon was selling off the older hard copy editions before reprinting paperback versions of the newer edition.

its not a hard bound book. its a used paperback but it has a hand written note
