Has it been almost 7 years since the last "official" Watchtower article on blood?

Did I miss it? Why the long wait?

    An ominous silence.

Oddly enough, they manage to print "obey us, the glorious governing body" every 2-3 months.

    Very good question.

Would one of our more scholarly collectors of Watchtower literature confirm exactly the date when the very last printed article on blood appeared in any Watchtower publication?

    Math is hard.

They could print a new article, but first they'd have to teach the JW's how to divide, add and subtract fractions. It's just not worth the effort. Most learned that in school, but the faithful were too busy saving lives preaching while on home school.

They made the terms hemo-dilution and EPO standard JW jargon...for a full discussion of how you feel about fraction please see the November 2006 KM article "How Do I View Blood Fractions and Medical Procedures Involving My Own Blood?" You were told to SAVE this particular article, remember, it had the handy "fill in the blank" feature.

It would be hard to include the phrase "no blood transfusions" in any up to date article which listed the fractions that cannot be taken as most can.

They are keeping it simple by ignoring it.
