We went to the British Museum, there were loads of dubbies there. I had a bit of fun!

One group were looking at the exhibits referring to the Babylonish occupation of Judah, the JW guide was talking about 607 - so I said "This sign here say 587 not 607". The guide gave me a look that could kill!

Another group I followed for bit were being told that "The bible reads like an Encyclopedia" - My response was "I thought Encyclopedias contained facts!!"

I also said hello to as many Dubs as possible - I thought they needed to rub shoulders with a demonised, mentally diseased apostate.

So if the british museum says 587 not 607 thats 20 years difference. Given that the wts has hung all and everything off 1914 (this time) that makes it 1934-5.

The world was coming out of the great depression then hitler was stamping his feet and nothing else was happening. Curios. Perhaps go backwards and take 20 off 1914. then we have 1895-6.

And theworld was just getting on with it.

    Hmm

Hi cantleave, Great job! Have you ever been on the Bethel tours to the NY Metropolitan Museum? I went once at the insistance of a former friend who is a "Spiritually Strong" (gag!) JW. The NY Metropolitan Museum is fantastic but the Bethel tour is lame. The tour guides use a loose leaf notebook to show WTBTS propaganda to promote the WTBTS's view of the museum works.

The best part of being with JWs on the tour was watching their reactions to a very attractive woman in a bikini sunbathing outside the window in the Egyptian Art Gallery and with her butt pointing directly at the glass. I fantasized that she was an exJW having fun with the JWs inside because no one else was as close as she was to the window.

Peace be with you and everyone, who you love,

    Robert

Well done cantleave. If I lived in London I would spend far too much time in museums.

    That's hilarious Cantleave!

I sometimes visit London, but haven't yet been to the British Museum, eventhough my hard core dubbie sister and her husband have.I think they did the dub-tour there.I definitely plan to go there.Jonsson's Gentile Times Reconsidered was a huge eye-opener to society's deceitfulness.
