DISFELLOWSHIPPED FRIEND FIGHTING WATCHTOWER SOCIETY TO SAVE DAUGHTER'S LIFE NEEDS HELP: In Calgary, Canada a JW called here "Shunned Father" is being shunned by his wife and daughter because after reading the Bible itself (likely verses in Matthew 12) he determined it is scriptural for his daughter to have blood transfusions which are being used to save her life from cancer. The father must, by court order, be anonymous but he writes:
"It is important that interested persons receive my P.O. Box number and how they can send donations if they wish to help out in paying my huge legal bills. Shunned Father notes that "Donations can be sent to a trust fund set up by fellow employees to help pay my legal expenses. Cheques can be made payable to: Alberta Treasury Branch Account number 07109 219 1182412 01 " What if the nearly 1,000 of us in this egroup each sent him just $5 to fight the Watchtower Society's legal hounds? Surely $5 is easy to send, so please act now and not just for Shunned Father but to keep the life of his daughter safe!
WATCHTOWER SOCIETY STOCK INTERESTS RAISE EYEBROWS: The Watchtower Society (WTS) over Jehovah's Witnesses owned 50% shares in REGI (Reg Technologies Inc.) which in turn was a shareholder of Alliant TechSystems which developed Rand Cam engines for jets. Proof the WTS is connected with REGI is at

To some, even many, it appears highly hypocritical that the WTS has not renounced its 50% share in REGI, especially since March 22, for REGI in turn holds stock in ATK which just bought the military ordnance division of Boeing, because of the fact that if a regular Jehovah's Witness member of the WTS were to accept a job as a janitor at a military business, he or she would be disfellowshipped which means severe shunning by all JW family and friends.
EGROUPER WITH PERSONAL STORY ABOUT SUICIDE: "I'd like to reply to the newsletter on suicides- I was a JW for 14 yrs and left my husband because he would not change and this was causing our only daughter severe emotional problems due to the control and manipulation the 'Society' teaches us to have as parents. She attempted suicide after she ran away and we found her 600 miles from home. She was hospitalized but her father had her come home "to face her problems" those problems were counseling from the elders. She had been doing better in the hospital but nevertheless, he pulled her out and we took her home. She did attempt suicide again and ran away again and was returned to me by the police because she hated her father. At that time she wouldn't even speak to him. She was hospitalized again. This all happened 2 yrs ago. She is again speaking to her father who is still a JW and unfortunately is wanting to attend 'meetings' again although she was treated with the greates of disrepect.
When I left my husband I left everything I had know for 14 yrs, friends, home, a spiritual haven. I was hospitalized for suicidal ideation 2 yrs ago and last month for an attempt. This organization is frightening the way they ruin our minds. I'm working diligently to heal from the pains it has caused me. But the thought of losing my 18 yr old daughter to that organization is sickening. I pray daily the eyes of her heart will be opened.
