H2O received an email from a source that requested anonymity with a recent letter dated March 18, 2002 on United Nations letterhead with a signature block containing the name Lyutha Al-Mughairy, Chief Liaison Service, Department of Public Information (for the United Nations).

This letter was regarding some information about the United Nations' former UN NGO member, the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of New York (member since 1992).

First read this recent United Nations letter, posted on H2O's web site in its Contributed section at this link:

NOTE: The letter was converted from Microsoft Word format to HTML format to conserve space. A converter was used that preserves the EXACT "look and feel" of the original Word document.

Next, read the Watchtower Society's letter of explanation, found at this link:

Set the two letters next to one another, side by side, and compare.

I would like to hear your immediate reaction.

    And Eternity in an hour.

As per usual, the WTBTS is dodging and diving. But this is QUITE damning. What the WTBTS is saying in their reply to the person who phoned them is nonsense, according to the UN. I only wish this letter could be burnt into the face of the frikking moon or something so nobody could ignore it, because sure as hell, the WTBTS are going to try and bury this particularly damning piece of writing as quickly as they can - after all, what the R&F doesn't know won't hurt them...[>:(]
