The definition of insanity boils down to expecting success by repeating actions which cause failure.

Jehovah's Witnesses are expected to prove their LOYALTY to the organization by believing and practicing what they are told.

Does this lead to success or failure?

Ask the thousands of loyal believers who were led to expect Armageddon in 1914, 1925, 1975!

    These were FAILURES. Not SUCCESSES.

Should JW's continue to double-down on mistakes such as continued LOYALTY to an organization that cannot back up its own claims?

Why would repeating the actions which caused failure be expected to cause success?

Jehovah's Witnesses are confronted with prospects of persecution by odd doctrinal views that set them at odds with others.

Being obstinate about quirky views is a badge of their FAITH.

From 1968 through 1975 the test of FAITH was telling the world about a momentous fiction described as THE END OF 6,000 YEARS OF HUMAN EXISTENCE.

It was, of course, utterly silly and a non-event which totally back-fired. Why? Because it was superficially linked to ARMAGEDDON

A rational and sane person learns from mistakes.

Jehovah's Witnesses doubled-down on this public embarassment.

They refused to acknowledge it as false-prophecy. Instead, they viewed it as a mere demonstration of faithful zeal!!

This was a test of SANITY! The people who doubled-down expecting success from failure are still inside the Kingdom Halls.

Being compelled to remain LOYAL to error is the same as being forced to become insane.

Without the ability to CHANGE from error to new behavior we lose the corrective mechanism that is survival for sanity.

Is FAITH in the Governing Body not just learning to double-down on your mistakes?

Doesn't this make you a LOSER?

    Ask yourself the following questions:

If you go door to door informing people about events which do not happen you are misleading them, right?

If you yourself are misled into doing it isn't that because you are Loyal to those who are misleading you?

Okay, now the HARDEST QUESTION OF ALL:

If the Governing Body is misleading you--who is misleading them?

You cannot be responsible for their insanity or malfeasance or errors of reasoning, you can only be responsible for your own.

If you are expected to be LOYAL to people who are misleading you--just how SANE is that?

    How honest?

    How responsible?

If you have ever been told something is TRUE because God said it---and it turns out to be false---who is misleading who?

The Watchtower organization is stuck--absolutely stuck and immovable on betting on 1914 like

a gambling addict who keeps betting it all on one number at a Roulette Wheel.

Members of this religion watch as they Governing Body places its bet and the wheel spins.......................

    AND LOSES!

Over and over they watch with fascination.

The most remarkable event which follows is not Armageddon.

The most remarkable even is that these members PLACE THEIR OWN FORTUNES on the same losing number!

Over and over and over......losing and losing and losing.

    And guess what?

They want to convince you TO DO THE SAME!!

They want to assure you that NOT betting their "method" is a sure loser for you.

They've got 7million takers so far.

    That's alot of insanity.

Good point Terry when one looks at the JWS in its entirety there's a lot of gambling going on many aspects of this religion.

The WTS. has encouraged people to gamble on what is in reality the organization's established false marketing schemes (1914, 1925,1975 etc.)

Ruining individual lives, breaking up families, killing people through weakly supported no blood doctrines.

Human life has little pressing value to these leaders, what is more value to them though is how subservient you are toward them and

what are you personally doing to support them and their Publishing Corporation, as well their own inspired thirst for power.

They create a mental illusion that your serving Jehovah, when in reality your really serving their own needs structured within this organization,

the ending result is that you'll will come out a big winner one day.

We were mislead by the governing body. The Governing Body is not being mislead. They are a business. They create a need and they fill it.

They create a need by causing fear and uncertainty. And they overcome that fear by speaking out of the other side of their mouth. They tell people to go to the meetings, sell the literature, preach the message and if they do enough of this they can overcome their fear and uncertainty.

The governing body is being lead by capitalism.

Who is not leading them is Jesus Christ, the God of the bible. And whoever is mislead by the governing body is not being lead by Jesus Christ.

The governing body in total is never going to wake up because they are just a bunch of lost capitalist. They found an easy way to get their daily bread and they are not going to rock that boat.

Maybe one should look at religions as Cassinos on a strip of many, the JW/WTS. Casino has people placed at the front door

entrance handing out tracts with information on how easy it is to win at their particular Casino and all the advantages of playing there.

Free Admission says the sign. WIN WIN WIN
