Tiger caught cheating (no porn tarts involved this time) and given a 2 stroke penalty instead of disqualification. Waiting to see if he will withdraw or stay in. His option at this point.
Consenses is that he should withdraw. If he plays and goes on to win, it will be a hollow victory.
He's five strokes back. Some folks think he doesn't have a chance to win now.
No red shirt Sunday this year.

Tiger was not a factor, but even with the 2 stroke penalty he was in the hunt.

Not a golf fan although I enjoy the highlights and respect the sport. Still, can somebody explain to me why Tiger was penalized?
After his ball hit the flagpole and rolled into the water hazard on an approach shot he had to drop a ball and re-hit it. He dropped the ball in a spot that was too far from his original position.
To be fair, I shouldn't have called it cheating. Now, after more review, I think it was an honest mistake.

Tiger should have dq'd himself. This 22 Yearold young man should be a national hero, not the sex crazed, cheating, hack Tiger.
