I have never experienced it but a search of the board brought up several references to the word reiki.
Some years ago a member by the name of Dansk used to talk about having reiki treatments . Sadly, he has passed away due to cancer

Believing in the 7 chakras is like believing in an immortal soul. i.e they dont exist.... So dont expect to gain any other benefit apart from the placebo effect of being "treated".
Save your money and invest in a proper hard massage instead by someone who treats sports injuries and doesnt charge you for added mumbo jumbo..
