JW Lawyer objects to stereotyping.........my arse!

    CALGARY (CP) - The judge who ruled that a Jehovah's Witness teenager must get blood transfusions for her leukemia wrongly believes that all members of the sect blindly follow dogmatic views, the girl's lawyer told court Friday.

    In a judgment that is forcing the 16-year-old girl to get blood transfusions, provincial court judge Karen Jordan said Witnesses don't challenge strict teachings about rejecting blood transfusions.

    "Judge Jordan stereotypes an entire religious community," lawyer David Gnam said at an appeal hearing in Court of Queen's Bench in Calgary.

    So what is this dub lawyer getting at? Are good, loyal JW's permitted to think and act differently from official policy?

    Of course not!! This is just another slimy, double-talking, triple faced Watchtower legal department hypocrit......and an arsehole to boot!!!!!

    It's funny...the lawyer was very careful what he said. He accused the judge of 'stereotyping an entire religious community"..

    In spite of the fact that it may be TRUE? ROTF...

    Thanks Nicolau, that's an interesting article. It's irritating the way the lawyer talks. It's a given for anyone who knows JWs that they don't think individually. That's probably part of his tactic.
