The norm seems to be here in the USA...if the male is over 18 and the female under 18 they want to castrate the male...
In some country's the age is 12...Like Angola it's 12...is that wrong? Who makes up the rules?

I don't agree with her attorney who says if it had been a boy and a girl no one would have paid attention to this. There are lots of 18 year old boys who have gotten into big trouble for having sex with 14/15 year old girls. It's kind of sympathetic, but you have to draw the line somewhere. My own view is if they are in the same high school together, it probably shouldn't be a felony for consensual sex. But wherever you draw the line, someone is going to get caught over it and complain the the law is too strict. If you make it 13, then the 18 year old who gets caught with someone who is 13 and 11 months is going to be the victim.
