  If I wanted to get the phone # of a presiding overseer in another cong., what would I do? Would bethel provide it?

  Check the phone book for that area, the cong number should be listed there under "Jehovah's Witnesses".

  If you call Bethel, they will only give you the listed number for the KH for that congregation, or the elder listed as a contact. They ca't give you a number for a specific person.
