Maybe it was before it's time, but it seems topical now seeing that September will have the Governing Body asking UK congregations for more money for the new bethel.

Indeed. Governing Body, Circuit Overseer, Elder (especially if not very old) are all high-sounding titles that help give authority and power over the obedient masses.
At the convention I heard frequent references to Pioneer Elder blahblahblah.
It's not enough to be called an elder if you are pioneering it seems. The higher status should be advertised.
