No, it didn't happen at a Kingdom Hall. The OP is a Liar Liar Pants on Fire.
I doubt one ever would happen at a KH, because if it did, there would be a Local Needs Talk™ denouncing the practice ASAP, as well as a notice in the Kingdom Ministry™ and at the District Conventions™ saying how it is not befitting True Christians™.

Loved the two old ladies. That would be sister "never laid with a man" and her lifelong roomate "moldy toes", stomping off to have a touch of the recipe in the ladies room.
