I tried to buy it on amazon.com but it doesn't accept my credit card number and I know that my credit is not the problem. So, I would like to find a site in Canada instead of in United State.

I ordered it on amazon.com and it shipped in two days! (BTW I'm in Chapter 5 now...what a read, it's literally changed my life)
They use a drop facility or warehouse of some kind in Windsor, Ontario, so shipping in Canada is as seamless as it is in the U.S. for them...If you've got another CC, I'd try it, or go thru your local Chapters or Indigo. Amazon had a great deal though, especially coupled with "In Search Of Christian Freedom".
