the copyright on it is 1991. You're aware they change the information in those sometimes monthly aren't you? i bet the new stuff is even more interesting ;)
i am aware.....
is there someplace the new information is that i don't know of?
i'd love to have that if anyone knows where it is on the "net".

From my readings here, it is my impression that their has not been an updated printing of this book since the original in 1991. Any changes are given at elders training sessions and hand written notes are entered into the book. I also believe that they are coming out with a new edition in the near future.
Thanks Zev: When I left the JWs I did not keep a copy. We were required to turn them back in. This is good to have so that those never Elders and non-JWs can understand what this manual is all about.
