Bait and switch at baptism may be appalling to some but it’s the ticket to prosperity for the publishing company.

It blows my mind that people will fall victim to a corporation that doesn’t even exist in most states.
They can drag you in to superior court for breach of contract if you don’t abide by their bait and switch at baptism???? DID YOU PROMISE TO PAY THEM ANY MONEY WHEN THEY PUT YOUR HEAD UNDER WATER AND TRICKED YOU????

Its not a valid contract without 2 wet signatures. You can invalidate it on just that alone if you know what you are doing. Same goes with credit cards etc.
So, yes, they could TRY and take you to court, but if you know contract law, you could put a real HURTIN on em if you wanted to
