This may be a stupid question, but who did he kill? And why
is called a murderer? I can not recall anywhere in the Bible
where Satan had a hand in killing. The truth of the matter, it
has been his followers that have been murder. (the Old Testament).

Doesn't the book of Job state Satan caused a wind storm that caused the death of Jobs children? God gave everything in Satans hand, but not Jobs life.
