  Thanks Bangalore ! That is such a good letter ! I have seen a few similar ones over the years, I remember Doc Bob's which was very good, but this one is a "refinement" (New Light) LOL.

  If it ever comes to the crunch for me, I shall certainly use this, and act on it, by Legal action, if necessary.
