It is all loaded with way too much sugar. I have found sugar free twirls online but they are sweetened with agave and splenda. I am not a fan of agave or splenda. I am trying to find the right kind of twirls for my Mom. If you have local dessert shop near your home that sells sugar free stuff, please let me know their website so I might order them online. Thank you!
Have you tried Googling this? There is stevia that you can use in a homemade dessert.

I agree Galander. The artificial sweeteners are much more dangerous than a moderate amount of sugar.

What is the problem with agave? It's supposed to be better than sugar as far as insulin response.
