Good show for the judge. The person in question could not consent on his own. So it was his mother that caused the stink.

But do not all Jehovah's Witnesses have "learning difficulties" ? they find it difficult, nay impossible, to find the full information they need to make an informed medical decision on the matter of Blood Transfusions, because the WT keeps them from investigating.
If only all JW's were made to read JWfacts.com and other fine information on this before they decided to commit suicide.
