Too much, but definitely making up for lost time. Leaving the religion is a result of me expressing my innermost. So my integrity's intact at least.

I have been doing my best for over 30 years in all the 3 ways you mention above.
I must say that this forum that I was introduced to about 7 years ago has been a great way to express my experiences in, I hope, a way to help others get out.

Based on my own experience, my inner thoughts became so suppressed, when I did happen to have one I became terribly guilty and tried to root it out.
