How do I retrieve a PM?

Look for the little envelope next to your name in the top right corner of the screen. When you click on the message it won't open at first, so do a back page and try again until it opens.

It says I have 1 Message. When I click on the mailbox, I see two advertisements but no message. I have sent one PM and it shows up under messages Sent Folder, but nothing in Inbox.
Any suggestions?
