Aah... the Chakras... Just learned about that in a class for women I am taking. It does make a lot of sense.
I just am not the type to sit quietly for long period of time, but we do it in class and it is working. -

As a gift, my ex-boyfriend gave me a Chakra massage. I didn't know much about it at the time, because my JW thinking thought this might be harmful in spirituality. The website is very helpful in explaining about Chakras in easy to read format.
