  I sometimes wonder what happens to a country if a high percentage of its citizens take psychoactive drugs. Perhaps they ignore otherwise obvious disasters impending (anti-depressants) or try to fight with everybody (meth) or give up on everything (weed) or just run up crazy debts (tranquilizers).

  I guess we'll just have to see.

  I noticed his right eye looking odd when he gave his speech a week ago Friday, then again at the hearings. The tongue thing escaped me until it was pointed out (no pun intended).
