Jehovah's Organization has lovingly provided all Elders with guidance to help them 'shepherd the flock'. To help you [elders only] get more familiar with your 'Shepherd' book we are asking you to 'test your knowledge' with this first 'mini quiz' of a series entitled: WHERE IN THE BOOK?

Question 1: WHERE IN THE BOOK would you find this fine and timely advice for congregation elders?

" If asked, elders could participate in step two,
but they do not represent the body of elders. If the
matter proceeds to step three, any elders who were
witnesses in step two could serve only as witnesses in
step three. They would not be used to serve on the judicial
    committee in step three."

    Have fun!

fraud, slander. "The congregation would not consider forming a judicial committee unless the offended Christian had taken steps one and two of Matthew 18: 15, 16 and had initiated step three of Matthew 18:17.-od pp. 147-149." p. 67

Very good. The actual paragraph in question is on page 68. It is hoped that you are an elder, in good standing, and therefore qualify to take this quiz. If not it may be found that you are guilty of brazen conduct, showing contempt for authority. In such case a judicial committee may have to deal with you, unless, of course, you show true repentance. [ If you are, in fact, an elder, in good standing, please disregard the previous statement.]

    Here is another.

'...A Christian who greedily and unrepentantly
extorts a high bride-price may be disfellowshipped
    from the congregation...'

Do you mean to say that the three stooges at my jc who had me charged with lying and slander did something wrong like first: not tell me over the phone what my charges were, second: two of the elders were the ones that said I was suppose to have said something and then both their charges were thrown out-one even saying he had lied and the other saying it was an "impression" I had given. Are you saying since they were witnesses as well as accusers shouldn't have been on my jc?

They can change the rules if they just want to get you out.

Then you can appeal the decision.

Appeals (almost) never result in favor of the "victim".
